We reserve the right to modify product prices or promotional offers at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where required or permitted by applicable law.

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged the total amount disclosed at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After placing an order, you will ordinarily receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee that every ordered item is available or that the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We may decline or cancel orders due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or circumstances that prevent lawful fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Made-to-order products: Because many products enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation and modification requests must be submitted as quickly as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate requests before production begins. Once production has started, an order generally cannot be canceled or modified for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law or provided by our published policies.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We use independent production partners, shipping providers, and carriers to manufacture and deliver our products. Fulfillment may occur at facilities within or outside the United States.

Production and shipping times vary by product, destination, carrier, and order volume.

Any delivery dates communicated during checkout are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within an applicable promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by law, including the right to cancel and receive a refund when applicable.
